Who are we?

Soixante-Quinze Cl. is first and foremost a dream come true, Simon and Margot, both passionate about wine, have tinkered with this little headquarters of the young regional guard_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ where a whole band of rebels of the undosed, unfiltered, barely sulphited bubble gathers.

The concept is above all a highlight of the new generation  of winemakers from all French wine regions.
